We, at Gifting Ideas are committed to providing you products of good quality.  We do however understand that sometimes customers may want to return or exchange the product after receipt, due to a variety of reasons.

  1. For all returns, please write to support@giftingideas.com
  2. If there is a quality issue with the product, we will refund the entire cost paid by you and arrange for a reverse pick up.
  3. If there is no quality issue with the product and you wish to return your order, you will be required to pay the freight cost for the order both ways (freight cost to you and the freight cost back to us).
  4. All returns, whether for quality reasons or other, must be reported within 5 days of your receiving the order.
  5. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached, if being returned.
