We at Gifting Ideas do our best to make sure our product quality and customer service is at the best it could possibly be. We do however understand that some customers may want to return or exchange the product after receiving them due to a number of different reasons.
- Order cancellations must be made via email within 7 working days of the day after you ordered the goods. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, you will be liable for the return of the order.
- Item(s) must be returned within 07 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. If an item is no longer sold on our website it cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
- Gift cards are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above.
- If you choose to exchange the item for a different style or size, Gifting Ideas will not be liable for the products returned by mistake.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning or exchanging the item to us including taxes and shipping cost.
- All Replacements & Refund case is considered within 15 days after date of delivery. Not applicable on fragrances & Vouchers.
FAULTY ITEMS
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care at customercare@giftingideas.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details and photos of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 07 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
